Roger went above and beyond what we could expect in a realtor. He was quick to pick up the phone or answer texts. He is kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. When our buyer's insurance put up a fuss about our shed having issues with old wood, he and his son knocked down the old walls and put up new ones themselves that day in order to meet the deadline to be able to sell the house later that week. I have many other stories like that of Roger going the extra mile. I don't know a lot about Baird and Warner, but if they have realtors that show even half the level of care that Roger Owen showed to us, then you guys must be doing something right! We've lived in our new house for a few weeks now, and we love it and are eternally grateful for Roger.
